How Much Is Shipping?
We charge a low, flat rate $4.99 shipping and handling on all orders and free shipping on orders over $75. The more you buy, the more you save!
Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently only ship within the continental United States.
Do You Sell Wholesale?
We do not sell wholesale at this time.
How Long Before My Order Arrives?
That depends. We process all orders immediately, but some items take longer to process and ship than others. Generally speaking, most items on Rover In Clover ship out within 2-3 days, and should arrive within 7-10 business days (from time of order). We do not guarantee delivery times. Engraved items may take longer, but you can expect to receive your engraved id tag within 10-14 business days (from time of order). If your custom engraved dog tag has not arrived with 3 weeks, please Contact Us.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Too big? Wrong color? No worries. We accept returns on any item (except personalized items such as dog tags, etc) returned to us in new, unused condition within 30 days - no questions asked. Used items (including hair traces) are not returnable. We do not pay for return shipping. We recommend that you insure your return package against damage, theft or loss. Please note that we charge a 20% re-stock fee on all returns.

Important: Dog tags and other items custom engraved with your dog's unique information are not returnable.
Items returned in used condition (traces of hair, scratches or markings of any kind) will be refused or given a partial refund at our discretion. If your item has hair or signs of use, please consider donating it to a rescue group or animal shelter.

My Hand Stamped Engraved Tag Is Not 100% Perfect. What Gives?
Hand stamped dog tags often have unique qualities that give them their own style (lettering depth, kerning, nicks, scratches, bumps, etc.). These "imperfections" are a natural process of the art of engraving. Please embrace these original qualities as an extension of your dog's own personality.
